Our services start with design, Wax carving or 3D Printing, sample making, casting, laser engraving, handmade assembly, plating, finishing. We can provide and set stones, work with bone carving, resin, leather, wood, shells and many other types of material. Furthermore, we do not have high minimum quantities request because we understand that everyone is looking at optimizing its working capital and we are happy to help new designers in getting their first collection produced.
Bali Jewelry Studio has a number of options in regards to approaching client designs. Ideally the main to options are:
- Cad files ready to print in 3D In this case we reviews the file and confirms it is print ready and prints exactly as presented from the client. Once the model is printed we will photo the piece from a number of angles, and send to the client for review and confirmation that the model is good to cast in metal.
- Drawings or pictures that will either be recreated in CAD or carved by hand In this case we discusses with the client in regards to their preference for the design.
- Sending your samples to us to be reviewed and then develop or copy them.
Our core business is to provide complete Jewelry manufacturing services to Retailers and Designers having their own designs, but we are also happy to provide Production Services to people needing an expert for some of their production processes.
